The Crazy Flower at the End of the Road is a Genshin Impact Challenge: Tier VI Achievement that can be obtained by paralyzing the Electro Regisvine when it releases a beam of thundering light. I had such a hard time achieving this feat – it took me months trying to figure out how to trigger the attack. It’s not really that hard, but you have to set up the battle properly so that all the requirements are aligned.
How to paralyze the Electro Regisvine by attacking its corolla when it emits a thundering beam of light in Genshin Impact
First, you must visit the Electro Regisvine cave south of Mawtiyima Forest. Like most Regisvines, this will have an Electro shield alternately through its corolla and roots. You have to use a Pyro or Cryo character to break the shield to paralyze the boss.

At the start of the battle, his corolla will have the shield of the Electro Regisvine, circled around it in the image above. Your goal is to reduce the shield as little as possible without breaking it. Consider using a Pyro or Cryo archer like Amber, Yoimiya, Diona, and Ganyu, because the corolla is hard to hit with melee characters.
Once the coating is reduced, continue to transfer the coating to the roots. Do not contact the boss at this stage. Wait for him to get back into the corolla.

When the land marker appears (circled above), clear it with a Pyro or Cryo sword user, such as Bennett.

Then you need to stay as close as possible to the boss. Refer to the image above to find out how long you need to be. It is impossible to trigger the “Thundering Beam of Light” without getting as close as shown above.

That’s where RNG comes in. If you’re lucky, the Electro Regisvine will launch a thunderous beam of light. It starts by firing lasers left and right, pictured above.

Finally, the Electro Regisvine will shoot a thundering beam of light, which looks like a giant laser (see above). While the boss fires the beam, use your Pyro character to quickly break the last piece of the Electro Shield in the Corolla, earning you the Challenger: Tier VI Achievement “The Crazy Flower at the End of the Road”.
